What is the Roojin Experience Design Center?
The Experience Design Center is the core team that creates our rituals. Four specialists are present in this center: Arash (Experience Strategist), who designs the path for each project; Soren (Sense Engineer), who crafts the packaging and sensory elements; Leila (Narrative Weaver), who writes the texts and accompanying cards for the pack; and Raham (Ritual Ambassador), who is responsible for the moment of delivery. This team guarantees that each pack is not just a box, but a complete experience.
What is the ordering process at Roojin Pack?
Our ordering process is completed in three simple steps:
Initial Consultation: You contact our consultants (by phone, WhatsApp, or email) and share your needs, approximate quantity, and budget.
Design and Proposal: The Experience Design Center team prepares an exclusive proposal for you, including the packaging design, contents, and price.
Confirmation and Production: After your approval, production begins, and the packs are delivered to you or your recipients on the scheduled date.
How is the pricing for Roojin packs calculated?
We believe in transparent pricing. The price of each pack is composed of two parts:
Base Rate (Fixed): The cost of design, packaging, and the execution of the ritual.
Daily Material Rate (Variable): The cost of consumable materials, calculated based on daily market prices.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For corporate and ceremonial packs, the minimum order quantity is 5 packs. However, if you require a smaller quantity, please contact us so we can find the right solution. For occasion packs, there is more flexibility depending on the type of pack.
Can I personalize the packs with my organization's logo and a custom message?
Absolutely. Personalization is one of the foundational principles of our work. Almost all our packs are customizable, including:
Engraving or placing your organization’s logo on the packaging and products.
Adding a custom note card with your organization’s message, designed by Leila (the Narrative Weaver).
Choosing the color and texture of the packaging to match your brand’s visual identity.
The time required for personalization, depending on the order volume and design complexity, usually adds 2 to 5 business days to the process.
How long does it take to prepare and deliver an order?
The delivery time depends on the type of pack and the order volume:
Standard orders (without personalization): 3 to 7 business days.
Personalized orders: 5 to 10 business days.
Urgent orders: Please contact us so we can, if possible, provide an urgent solution for you.
What is the Roojin Golden Pack and who is it suitable for?
The Golden Pack is the flagship of Roojin Pack and the embodiment of “The Ritual of Endurance.” Designed with a handcrafted wooden box, a silk ribbon, and a special Roojin emblem, this pack is suitable for the most important stakeholders of your organization: senior managers, strategic business partners, and VIP clients to whom you want to say: “You are unforgettable to us.”
Can the Watchino Custom desk clock be ordered through Roojin Pack?
Yes. The Watchino Custom desk clock is one of the exclusive products of Roojin Pack. This timepiece is a product of the joint collaboration between Roojin and the independent brand Watchino Custom (“The Signature of Iranian Art upon the Brow of Time”). It is crafted with Iranian walnut wood, brass metal, and laser engraving, and it is customizable with your organization’s logo and a personal message. This product is available only through Roojin Pack.
For what occasions are Roojin Ceremonial Packs designed?
At Roojin Pack, we have five ceremonial packs, each designed for a specific occasion:

Is it possible to ship to multiple different addresses for a single order?
Yes. If you want the packs to be sent directly to individual recipients (for example, to clients or employees in different cities), simply provide us with the address list in an Excel file. We will package the packs individually and ship them to each recipient’s address.
If I am not satisfied with the received pack, what are the options for return or exchange?
Your satisfaction is everything to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the received pack:
Please inform us of the issue within 48 hours of receipt, via phone or WhatsApp.
In the case of a quality defect or a mismatch with the approved sample, we will replace the pack or refund the cost.
For personalized orders (with a custom logo and message), due to the exclusive nature of the product, a refund is only possible in the case of a quality defect.
