2. Your Commitments

By placing an order with Roojin Pack, you confirm that the information you have provided (such as recipient details, shipping address, and design requirements) is accurate and complete. Roojin bears no responsibility for delays or errors arising from incomplete information.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, texts, images, packaging, and content presented on the Roojin website and throughout the custom design process are the intellectual property of Roojin. Any use of these without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Order Process and Approval

– Upon receiving your request, a custom proposal including a design and price will be presented.
– The final order enters the production phase only after your written approval (via email or messenger) and payment according to the agreed terms.
– Any changes to the order specifications after final approval may incur additional costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Regarding products or raw materials provided by third-party suppliers, Roojin bears no responsibility beyond the warranties offered by those suppliers.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, our priority is to resolve the matter through direct dialogue and mutual agreement. Otherwise, the competent legal authority shall be the courts located at Roojin’s head office jurisdiction (Sari, Mazandaran).
